PeTARY

Through out the video presentation, I manage to understand the functions and accessibility for the online library. Perpustakaan Tun Abdul Rahman Ya'kub or known as PeTARY is an online library for Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS) students. Due to current COVID-19 situation, almost all university around the world would use online platform for education purposes. PeTARY are one of the example of application for students to loan and access through reading materials without appear physically .

Next, I learn more about Library One Search which is an online catalog for the students to search PeTARY collection in any type of resources available such as books, media materials, maps, magazines and printed journals. Library One Search also functioned as locating the materials and PeTARY collection, have access and keeps their users record, book hold or reservation, online renewal and checking system for the materials status.

To summarize, creation of PeTARY really help the students to access all information in media, podcast and text forms. In my opinion, for sure I will using PeTARY as the gain more information and knowledge to make my assignments done on-time.
